Accessibility Plan available

The Geraldton District Hospital Accessibility Plan September 2010 – September 2011 which was completed in partnership with community members has been approved.

The Accessibility Plan is available in all departments and is posted on the Hospital section of the Community Portal at www.greenstone.ca
