The Anishnabe Resource Worker (ARW):

• Acts as a liaison between the Hospital and First Nation communities of the Greenstone area.
• Provides and assists Long Term Care residents with various recreational, leisure and social activities.
• Provides translation and interpretation services throughout the hospital setting as required by the health care providers of the hospital.

The Anishnabe Resource Worker (ARW) is responsible for:

• The development and coordination of First Nations initiatives of the hospital providing education to the hospital staff.
• Facilitation and implementation of holistic lifestyle approaches
