Hospice Northwest Care Packages

The Chair of Hospice Northwest and GDH, Social Worker, Candice Bottle and Jade Fortier, GDH Volunteer Coordinator Intern, are shown with Hospice Northwest care packages, which they have created to provide a few personal comfort items to all of our admitted hospice and/or palliative care patients.  The package includes items which may have been left at home, activities for family members and treats. When a family is faced with end of life of a loved one, its small acts of kindness that are remembered most. We hope that these care packages, shown below, help families to know they are being thought about and people do care during this difficult time.
