For MD who provide obstetrics services:
Obstetrics stipend	$10,000
OBS on call	$20,000 -$30,000
Deliveries are fee for service	$500-$700/delivery

May be eligible for:
Northern Physician Retention Incentive: $10,000/yr to a max of $40,000

Tuition Reimbursement Program: $10,000/yr to a max of $40,000
