Non-Personal Health Information
The Freedom of Information & Protection of Privacy Act (FIPPA) protects the privacy of an individual’s personal information as well providing individuals with the right to access certain information covered by the Act that is under the custody of the Hospital.
All requests for non-personal health information Hospital records, such as plans, minutes, proposals, finances, emails, etc. must be made in writing.
